Depos It!
Mail your deposit with your contract or pay online . $50 deposit to hold your date. Remaining balance due at reception.
A few final essentials...
VENUE:
The venue will need to supply 3 chairs and a small table. This will need to be set up before I arrive. Preferred location would be out of the way, where a small line won’t interfere with festivities . I will bring an upright banner stand so all of your guests can easily see where I’ll be located.
GUESTBOOK SIGNING FRAME:
In order to give your guests plenty of time to sign the caricature guestbook frame, the wedding couple's caricautre is drawn within the first hour or 2 that I’m there. You have plenty to do that night, so anytime you have a free few minutes to be drawn, please cut to the front of the caricature line. Your caricature drawing will take approximately 8 minutes. The caricature frame will be assembled and placed on your gift table for all guests to sign.
PAYMENT:
Your final payment will be required during or at the end of the night.
